This page explains exactly what cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB) Dailiyo sets on your device when you visit the site, why we set them, how long they persist, and how you can decline non-essential ones.

Strictly necessary cookies. Two cookies are set by Dailiyo directly and are required for the site to function: a session identifier used only during an admin session (never on public pages), and a theme preference cookie that remembers whether you have chosen light or dark mode. Neither cookie is shared with any third party and both are set only after a first-party interaction. Retention: session-only for the admin cookie, one year for the theme preference.

Third-party cookies — Google Analytics 4. When Analytics is enabled, Google sets the _ga and _ga_<property-id> cookies (retention up to two years) so it can distinguish returning visitors and calculate session length. Third-party cookies — Google AdSense. Google AdSense uses cookies (including the __gads and __gpi cookies, and the DoubleClick IDE cookie) to serve, personalise and measure ads. These are set only when a page loads an AdSense ad slot. Personalised advertising can be disabled at myadcenter.google.com. Retention varies by cookie; typical range is 13 months. Other data storage. Some tools save small conveniences to your browser's localStorage — for example, the password generator remembers your preferred length setting, and the JSON formatter remembers your last-used indent. These values live only on your device, are never transmitted to our servers, and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's site data for dailiyo.xyz.

Your rights. If you are in the EEA / UK you have the right under GDPR / UK-GDPR to withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time and to request access, correction, deletion or portability of any personal data.
