Updates & Changelog

Dailiyo treats every calculator and article as a living document. This page is the public log of what has changed and when. It doubles as a snapshot of the site's editorial cadence — new tools, formula updates, corrections, and site-wide improvements.

August 2026 — Category pages rewritten with 400-500 words of unique editorial commentary per category, replacing the previous bare tool-list layout (see the Health, Finance, Developer pages). All 10 long-form articles now ship an original illustration (see How to Read Food Labels). Three new trust pages published: Cookie Policy, Editorial Policy, and Content Review Policy. Homepage prose trimmed; footer restructured to include the parent company (Xposure Soft Solution, Kafrul, Dhaka, Bangladesh). Server-side rendering fully populated for crawlers — every article page now delivers the full 1,500-2,000 word body in initial HTML.

July 2026 — Twelve retired duplicate calculators (loan-calculator, body-fat-calculator, bmr-calculator, unit-converter and eight others) 301-redirected to their consolidated equivalents. New tool: Universal Unit Converter covering ten measurement categories. Multiple thin-tool content blocks expanded: Base64 Converter, Color Converter, IP Address Lookup, Roman Numeral Converter, Word Counter, and Online Calendar each gained ~600-900 words of technical detail and worked examples.

June 2026 — Three new long-form articles published: How to Read Food Labels Properly (nutrition literacy), What to Do With Your First $1,000 Saved (personal finance), and The Hidden Cost of Every Notification (attention and focus). All three cite peer-reviewed sources and follow the standard draft → review → fact-check workflow described on the Editorial Policy page.

May 2026 — Full editorial pass on the seven health calculators: BMI and body-fat pages updated to reflect the WHO 2004 threshold shift for South Asian populations, sleep-cycle calculator updated to match the current NIH sleep-stage terminology, pregnancy due-date calculator cross-checked against ACOG dating guidance. Every source citation now links to the primary publication rather than a secondary summary.

April 2026 — Site migrated to a full server-side rendering architecture. Every page now delivers substantive HTML content to crawlers before any JavaScript runs — critical for accessibility and search visibility. Homepage expanded from ~800 words to a full 3,000-word editorial pitch covering the site's mission, methodology, and independence stance.

March 2026 — Methodology and Editorial Team pages published. The methodology page documents the three-step tool-development workflow (pick a real problem → find the most defensible formula → test against trusted references). The editorial-team page names the review chain and the parent company (Xposure Soft Solution).

February 2026 — Site launched with 40 tools across health, finance, productivity, developer, image, and network categories. Legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Disclaimer) published at launch alongside the first four long-form guides on health and finance topics.
